Went up the burj khalifa but we were a bit disappointed.. No real feeling of height and not actually right up the top, just 124 floor. Lifts enclosed but only took one minute to get up. Very impressive from outside though! Very humid and everything fogged up for a while, then it cleared just before we were due to go up!
Dubai mall pretty cool. Indoor acquarium, ice skating etc. Had a great meal at mall in restaurant called The Cheesecake Factory! Heading back to Abu Dhabi by bus now before we fly out to amsterdam tomorrow. Have loved staying at these flash hotels, can't wait to see the impressive Yas Viceroy in the middle of F1 track!
Hope the flight to Europe goes well. UAE certainly is the place for bigger things....and you have been on top of the tallest.
